DentalVibe

A product from the DentalVibe brand is an innovative approach to pain-free dental treatment. DentalVibe uses vibration to block pain signals from the brain.

The history of the company begins in February 2008. Dr. Steven Goldberg develops the concept of vibration to minimize pain during injection, based on the theory of pain control proposed by Dr. Ronald Melzak (1965).

In January 2009, inventor Dr. Stephen Goldberg partnered with the Bressler Group in Philadelphia, PA to develop the first version of DentalVibe.

And already in January 2010 Bressler / Sambor produces the first 500 devices in China.

In February 2011, DentalVibe begins mass deliveries to customers.

In April 2013, DentalVibe employs Boston Engineering Corp. to improve DentalVibe's electronics and mechanical design, as well as quality control. Columbia Tech of Boston, MA takes over the production of Gen 3 DentalVibe, now made in the USA.

In December 2014, the company introduced the Gen 4 with Smart Tip technology and all-new electronics designed by Boston Engineering Corp and manufactured by Columbia Tech. New technique: 10 second vibration before injection eliminates the need for topical application. Patients report feeling no pain.

As of January 2019, DentalVibe also introduces Flexi customizable tips for increased productivity.
